1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG.
The presentation or advertising of goods and price labeling does not constitute a binding offer.
In the online shop, the customer's order is transmitted to us after clicking the order button.
The order constitutes a legally binding offer from the customer. Any right of withdrawal of the customer remains unaffected by this. After receipt of the order, we will immediately confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract offer, unless acceptance is expressly declared by us at the same time.
The contract between us and the customer is concluded by an express declaration of acceptance on our part by e-mail or by delivery of the ordered goods.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any applicable shipping costs in the respective offers.
We deliver only by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
By placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.
Klarna PayNow Direct Debit
After successful address and credit check within the ordering process, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate to the online provider Klarna when placing the order. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). By submitting the direct debit mandate, Klarna requests your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The account debit occurs after the goods have been shipped. For payment processing via Klarna, the terms and conditions and the data protection declaration of Klarna apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal immediately. Sofort by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information can be found during the ordering process. The payment transaction is then carried out immediately by Sofort and your account is debited.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found during the ordering process.
Invoice Purchase via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for invoice purchase can be found here.
Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Installment Purchase is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). EPS, IDEAL
When paying by EPS or IDEAL, by providing your bank details, you authorize us to debit the full invoice amount, including any applicable delivery and shipping costs, from the relevant credit card company/bank when due. In this case, the debit will be initiated with the order confirmation. In the event of a recognized cancellation, the incurred amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Regarding warranty, the statutory provisions apply, unless otherwise agreed herein.
The limitation period for claims arising from liability for material defects is 24 months and begins with the handover of the purchased item to the customer.
For used goods, the warranty period, deviating from the statutory regulation, is one year from the delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and reductions in deadlines do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
- in case of injury to life, body, or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and malice
- in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- if the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable.

8. Dispute Resolution
