The tripod legs, which can be fixed securely in three positions with absolutely no play, are made of 100 percent carbon, which was elaborately wrapped in 11 layers exactly against the main load direction. The carbon fiber-reinforced plastic withstands even the harshest environmental conditions such as aggressive salt water, microscopically fine desert sand or viscous mud. The infinitely adjustable quick-release fasteners can be easily operated even in extremely hot or bitterly cold conditions, and tripod legs thickly reinforced with high-quality, soft foam make it easier to carry with the camera mounted on your shoulder. The foam also makes carrying the tripod comfortable even in the cold and without gloves.
